Yogurt Bark for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of yogurt (any kind)

  • 1 cup of berries (I like to use blueberries and strawberries)

  • A handful of granola

  • Honey (to taste)

  • Additional add-ons:

    • Nuts

    • Coconut flakes

    • Peanut butter drizzle

    • Chocolate chips

    • Seeds

    • Jam

Recipe

Step 1. Wash all fruit and cut up into small pieces.

Step 2. Add parchment paper or aluminum foil to a baking sheet or large plate (whichever will fit best in your freezer).

Step 3. Spoon yogurt onto baking sheet and smooth with a spatula so that the sheet is covered and there are no gaps. Make sure sure the yogurt is thick and even.

Step 4. Disperse fruit pieces, granola, flakes etc. evenly in the yogurt.

Step 5. Drizzle honey or peanut butter over the yogurt.

Step 6. Place the sheet in the fridge for 3 hours until frozen.

Step 7. Take out of the freezer and cut into diagonal squares with a sharp knife. Break pieces apart and serve! I like to put my bark in a container, store it in the freezer, and take out a few pieces at a time to munch on.

Note: If the bark sits out too long, it will melt. This is best eaten immediately. I do not recommend packing this on the go.
